Small but nice bungalow style rooms in a tropical garden. Clean swimming pool. Restaurant with very good food and reasonably fast service. The beach is facing westwards and you can enjoy amazing sunset. The resort is in a quiet location at walking distance from the whale shark center. To go to the village of Donsol, some transportation, easily arranged at...

Stayed three nights here recently with my wife and loved it. Great location - easily walkable to the Whale Shark Interaction Center and downtown. Superb staff that is always willing to help with bookings and travel arrangements. And the layout of the rooms around the central pool is ideal. We ate in the restaurant every day and loved the little...

We travelled here as a family of 4 to see the whale sharks on 1 April 2017 and stayed 3 nights. Looking back at all of the hotels we stayed at in the Philippines Elysia was the best vale for money, had great customer service, was really clean and comfortable and had well priced food and drinks with a fab...

We stayed there 3 nights and it was just great. Beautiful place, small quiet resort, kind crew and great food in the restaurant. The best resort in Donsol in our opinion. Moreover you can arrange all kind of activities from there.

Small basic hotel not far from the whale shark intervention centre. Room consisted of one double and one single. Shower wasn't particularly hot but who wants a hot shower after a day on the beach??? Also had a TV and fridge which was a bonus. Only thing lacking was a smoke alarm and that's why I took one star off....

Absolutely fantastic paradise!! There is nothing you can fault here. The property has been designed to be simple, yet comfortable. "Shoes optional" should be one of their slogans - it's just to casual and welcoming. We were greeted with one of the warmest and loveliest smiles ever beamed, and, despite the late arrival, they kept the restaurant open so we...

We stayed as a family in one of the units which had a double bed and a single bed. The rooms are small, but clean. The resort itself is also well kept and clean. If I had to do it over, I would have booked 2 rooms as the single room was cramped with the kids. The bathroom is quite...

Went to Donsol for friends to catch a glimpse of the butandingso I stayed the whole day in this resort. Staff were courteous and friendly, food was good and the ambiance of the place is great. The owners granted us a discount for an unplanned second night because my friends didn't get to see the butandings on their scheduled trip;...

Clean and well-appointed rooms, great food, lovely pool, beach-side location, and wonderful staff - could not have asked for a better place to stay in Donsol. We were extremely impressed with how well the staff organized and arranged everything for us, and never ceased to provide help when we needed it. Definitely the best place to stay in Donsol.

Arriving after typhoon Nock-Ten's destruction is not exactly what a vacationer would want (i.e. no electricity in Bicol region for almost 2 weeks) but the staff in Elysia has given all their great efforts to make our stay pleasant: Welcome drinks, warm and very comfortable bed, well-kept surroundings. There are other resorts in the area, some are even larger by...
