Easily accessed from the motorway, this motel provided a comfortable night's stay when in south Brisbane.
The room was big with plenty of room for travelers and their luggage.
The bathroom facilities were older decor but adequate. There was plenty of hot water.
The off street parking, in front of the room, was covered.
The tariff was value for money.

Very friendly reception on arrival. Room was spacious and the bed firm but ok. Bathroom well appointed with enough room to move. Undercover parking was a feature.
Very quiet surroundings with easy access to everything required

Ideal spot for the traveling, working, business person. It's not a tourist resort, but it is peaceful, clean and comfortable in an excellent location. I spent four days there and really got some work done. The free Wi-fi helped. Good eateries within walking distance. Suites me fine and will definitely stay there again when next in the area.

Lovely motel, yes it is older but large rooms, comfy bed, spacious renovated bathroom, separate toilet, hanging space and luggage space. Microwave in room and toaster supplied as requested together with a tray of cutlery, crockery etc. Small fridge, wifi access, older style aircon unit in wall but worked well as we did need the heater a couple of mornings.
Service was offered daily if required and the rooms were meticulously clean and well maintained.
Easy walk to clubs for meals. Would happily stay her again.

I travel a lot in regional areas for work and all I want is a clean, comfortable, QUIET room to sleep for the night. Nothing fancy. The room here was completely adequate, but good nights sleep? NO CHANCE. At 12:30am someone (a guest or an owner? I am still not sure) crashed their car into the building. There followed 2 hours of shouting and swearing by numerous people outside the rooms. Around 2:30am a couple of the participants in this decided to have extremely loud and noisy intimate relations. Thankfully it was over fairly quickly and there followed about 2 hours of relative silence - apart from the horns blaring from the freight trains all night long. At 4:30am there were at it again, shouting, swearing, singing, smoking, hocking up and spitting all right outside my room. If these people were not part of the motel management and/or long term stayers, where were they while all of this was going on? Why put someone there for one night between people who clearly carry on like this on a regular basis. I am a 5 months pregnant female on my own, I am not prepared to confront people like this. I would never ever ever stay here again and I warn everyone to stay away unl4ess management makes some major changes.

Location and Price, Staff happy to help.
Room serviced daily clean towels etc. It's three star rated but should be classed as botique. Not that Logan would aspire to such a thing.
All good. Youre not pying a preimum for esoteric luxury.

Based on my 30 years of travel, I would say that cleanliness and hygiene should he the number 1 priority for any hotel. When I arrived the floor was not vacuumed and by the last, I believe that my athsma was caused by the dust from walls and carpet in the room. The facilities are fine. Good LG TV, tea and coffee in the room with nice cold fridge. Apparently, there was a change of management during my stay and I departed after 3 nights on 5/7/2013. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and might try them again when I work in the area again.

The Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn - some comments:
1. It is a good stopover point if one is driving through to the North of Queensland and wish to avoid weaving through Brisbane traffic looking for an overnight motel.
2. Rooms are clean and well designed although there is a lack of drawers.
3. In room facilities are the standard free bottles of water and tea/coffee making machine with tea bags and coffee provided. TV is provided with outstanding free programs provided(such as movies etc..)
4. This Motor Inn is easily accessible via the Pacific Motorway(M1) exit #38. A good stopover place with no frills.

Motel is convenient to Beenleigh shops, on a main road but traffic noise was barely noticeable at night due to the layout and less traffic. Rooms are small but not tiny - 2people can move about without falling over each other. Being winter we were loo0king forward to porridge for breakfast but no microwave so cold cereal it was - my fault, I did not read the motel profile properly. Stay there again.
