Picked this hotel as it has a german accredation called bett Bikes adfc which means has to comply with cycling requirents tools, laundry etc if needed. However it is not just for cyclists a group of artists were there and other couples non cyclists. Pleasant location room big but a bit dated , owner very friendly and helpful. The downside... More

We stayed at this hotel for two days during a cycling holiday down the Danube. The owner (Andreas) was extremely helpful, ran us to a restaurant on our first night and allowed us to park our car for four days as we cycled onwards. Very nice room with a balcony and very well equipped and of course very clean (as... More

We didn't stay here but our experience tells you all you need to know. I had booked by email but made a muddle with days/dates. We arrived on our bikes to find the hotel full. Andreas arranged a string of phone calls to find us an alternative, ensured we had clear instructions to find the place and then offered us... More

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff are incredibly gracious. My room was small but very comfortable, with a big deck and a soft mattress. They provide a great breakfast. And, though it's embarrassing to admit that wifi matters so much to me, it does, and this hotel has a great connection so I was able to make a... More

We stayed here for three nights while using Sigmaringen as a base for exploring the surrounding region. It's a family-run hotel and our hosts couldn't have been friendlier or more considerate! We were on foot so they were always offering to drive us to/from the station or town, but that really wasn't necessary as it's only about a 15 minute... More

We stayed here on a Danube bike trip. This Hotel Garni ( a hotel that does not provide meals apart from breakfast) is locatedabout 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Sigmaringen which is the other side of the river. We arrived around 1300 and the host drove us over to the town to a restaurant for lunch. Everything about... More

We arrived at the Jaegerhof absolutely covered in limestone mud after cycling in the rain along the German Danube. The hosts kindly showed us where to wash down our tandem bicycle - and then secure it in the garage. Then they directed us to leave our filthy clothing in the downstairs laundry - where it was washed and folded and... More

This was my second stay at the hotel. Just as before I found it truly wonderful. It is located at 10 minutes walk from the city. This time I hired a car with the help of Andreas that champion of hospitality. Car park is available. Last time he offered a lift whenever we were going out The rooms are neat,... More

We were visiting Sigmaringen to do some research at the Staatarchives. This hotel is a small gem and Andreas and his family are so kind and hospitable. We happened upon this small hotel as the the town seemed quite touristy and we did not want to stay in the town. The hotel is on the hill overlooking the town.
