Stayed one night for a family occasion. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. The food was good and the service was excellent. We had a medical emergency whilst we were there and the staff were outstanding. Great place - will go back and would highly recommend to all.

I arrived after a long journey and was greeted as you would hope to be welcomed. The room was clean and tidy and warm (not like the night. Wrote in a premier inn) I went to the bar the food was very high quality and there was great choice of beers. I forgot my power lead for my computer and...

Stayed for two nights, the room was lovely and cosy - barn conversion but warm and light with great decor and a decent sized bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in room along with very comfy bed. We were on the first floor nearest the road and whilst there was some traffic noise - this didn't affect our sleeping and...

Despite arriving at the hotel at 2300 (1 hour before the Internet advertised 0000 closing time), the hotel was locked shut and we therefore couldn't check in and use our room. They still made us pay though! Terrible service.

Such a shame, lovely pub, lovely food, nice staff, But the rooms which are detached in probably a converted long stable block are so noisey. They are along side a busy A road and are nor sound proofed as advertised to any kind of standard. Water not hot in shower. Bed to small and hard.

We visited on Sunday 17th December for family lunch. The food was amazing such a great standard. The staff were friendly & very polite but the food took almost an hour from the time we ordered we felt that was very slow considering we had a small child with us. Two tables which came in after us were served their...

We stayed at The Falcon for a few nights for a pre-Christmas break. From check-in to check-out the staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive – even going as far as to offer to defrost guests' cars on a particularly frosty morning. The rooms are in a separate block across the car-park from the main pub building. Our room...

Went to the falcon for a small family gathering. The food was amazing, as was the service. My pork scotch egg was perfectly cooked and my steak out of this world. I was too full for pudding but some in our party managed to squeeze them in and they looked delicious. It is a bit of a drive out from...
