My family came to visit our friends who stay in the Residence at the resort. When we scheduled tee times, the weather forecast said it would be sunny. However, it started pouring before our tee times. I asked what their policies would be if the rain clears up and we tee off then it rains heavily again (these tropical storms seems quite sudden) and the golf shop attendee Bryan said that they would not provide a raincheck. We also purchased a glove from the store and the orange dye from the glove bled through the entire hand - no exchange / return given. They just asked for a picture to send to their vendor. My brother ordered an açaí bowl at the gym with a piece of plastic mixed in and they refused to give him a refund at first and wanted him to sign a security document. The list of disappointing incidents is long. For instance, the spa almost never picks up the phone and the concierge also doesn’t respond to emails for days — I just don’t think it lives up to 5 star standard.

In Paros restaurant the experience was great. Excellent food and service. We tried the Tuna Sashimi, the signature dish, and mac and cheese for my daughter. We all loved the taste and presentation. The waiter, Jesus, made sure our visit was unforgettable. Will be back thanks to him

My husband and I were ready to venture out after being vaccinated. We were expecting the worst based on earlier reviews. First, the property is stunning. Second, the room was immaculate when we got there. Was service a bit slow sometimes, yes, but the staff made up for it in warmth and knowing your name. The beach is pristine. Definitely worth the visit.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis with my boyfriend, and it was a lovely experience. We were treated with such respect and the team provided incredible service despite the pandemic. If you're the impatient type, now might not be the best time for you to visit. Puerto Rico is still in the middle of its worst time with Covid and everyone is doing the best they can. Yes, you may have to wait a bit for service, but be respectful and mindful that things are happening outside of the staff's control. The Room: Our suite was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the patio was stunning. The housekeeping team took great care each time they entered our room and everything was cleaned properly. The Restaurants: We had dinner at Paros one evening. The service was great and the food was ok. During our trip, we went to a few other local spots that I enjoyed much more. I preferred the Seagrapes restaurant on the property. We ate breakfast there almost every day and it was great! We had lunch there one day and I tried the Spicy Crab. Note that it's imitation crab. It wasn't bad, I just wasn't expecting it. The Property: The grounds are beautiful. I definitely encourage you to take a walk and soak it all in. I walked all over and I'm sure I still didn't see everything. The Staff: Last but certainly not least, the staff was INCREDIBLE! All of the employees were so welcoming, helpful, and patient. Special thanks to Salvador, William, Jose Santos, Angela, Hector, and Yolanda from Seagrapes. They offered the highest level of service and great suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Daniel in the boathouse was very friendly and helpful when I was ready to explore. And Margarita, Carla, and Danayra were our housekeeping heroes. If I have the opportunity to return, I certainly will. Thank you all for your hospitality!

my wife and I were incredibly surprised by how beautiful and lush this property was. However, both were quickly surpassed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. they were truly what made our time there so special.
