We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with great facilities and great views, even through the scaffolding. The staff were fantastic and the location great. A woolies supermarket and BWS bottle shop are downstairs, all the shops of the Ivanhoe strip are very handy and the train station is a 5 min walk away. We stayed over a week and parking for a week was $70 ($10 a day). There was some noise from the scaffolding (my wife got a tradie to tie it down eventually which was better in the wind) and on the last day of our stay work was very noisy from 7am. The Chinese restaurant across the road looks basic but the food was great. Lovely small cafe also downstairs and there is a fantastic Italian restaurant in the old fire station across the road. A couple of minor issues, drainage hose on the washing machine leaked (and was already patched up) and aircon in bedroom didn't work well

Efficient and convenient to select, book and stay. Room was well presented and entry and exit from the building after hours was simple including checkout. I would have no hesitation in booking this venue again or recommending it.

Very nice place to stay. Reception staff and house keeping staff were all very friendly. The location was great. Woolworths downstairs, restaurants close by and a short walk to the train station. I had a nice big room although the view from my level one outdoor area was not great but suited my night shift routine. Unfortunately the exterior renovations went on for far too long! The company doing the work must have been on a day rate as they took far too long. I couldn’t open the door to my outdoor area as the area was off limits and full of dust and building materials. They took way too long to clean it and replace the fence. The constant noise was the reason for broken sleep as I was working nights and sleeping during the day. This had nothing to do with the Quest Ivanhoe staff. They were great! Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

Apart from some cliches with room serving and cleanliness which were addressed promptly and professionally by staff, we found the accommodation very comfortable with good amenities. The location suited our need to be close to family. It also had the added benefit of being close to a number of pleasant park walks.

Very clean comfortable and feels like your home with cooking facilities and appliances. Prefer to have separate floor shower rather over a bathtub as it can be slippery. If you have a disability let reception staff know before hand as they may have rooms to accomadate you.

My husband had an early morning appointment at the Austin hospital and because we live 2 hours away we decided to stay at Quest Ivanhoe the night before. The room was comfy and clean and there were plenty of nice shops and restaurants close by. The location was a quick 5 minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The onsite carparking was great for a $10 per day charge. Would definitely stay again next time we are jn the area.

I stayed for 80 nights and felt very comfortable in my apartment. The nightly rate was reduced considerably for my long term stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful and at the same time I was able to live in the apartment as if it were my own with complete privacy. The area is lovely and the amenities are right next to the apartment building. I would recommend anyone to stay at Quest Ivanhoe and support Bianca and her team in their "quest" to deliver a genuine service. I wish Bianca and her team the best.

We have been here before and will be back. The rooms are quite clean and modern. There are lots of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The mattresses and pillows are good but are on the firmer side. Some things here and there are a bit broken but overall it was a pleasant stay. The underground carpark is also very useful when rain comes.

My partner and I were relocating from Townsville to Melbourne, we chose Quest Ivanhoe as our intermediate accommodation as it was pet friendly and we did not want to put our pet dog in a kennel.
The staff at Quest Ivanhoe were extremely receptive of our furry family member. The cleaning staff were not so welcome to our pet as they were hesitant in cleaning our room and visibly afraid of our dog.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Quest Ivanhoe whilst attending an outpatient program at the Austin Repatriation Hospital. I have found the staff to be welcoming and helpful, always happy to spend that extra time to have a chat. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The self contained kitchenettes have all you need. Any requests I have made have always been attended to with ease. The location is nestled into the lovely main street of Ivanhoe, with a supermarket, chemist and variety of restaurants within walking distance. I am always happy to return to this accommodation and would recommend it to others.
