The most romantic place I have every stayed in. I loved the way they have built the little cabins with the trees being seen all around . The best sleep I have had in a long time with a super comfy mattress . The kitchen was great and I loved the surprise breakfast in the fridge of sausage , bacon...

A family member recommended this a few years ago and after checking out their website we decided to make a booking and I am so glad we did. Beautiful environment and so close to the beach. The owners are lovely and the breakfast provided on the first day is good quality. The dinner packs that are provided - optional are...

My husband and I spent four days at The Bower, what a treat. We arrived early evening and lights were on and music playing. From the time we stepped inside we felt relaxed and pampered. The cabin was beautifully decorated and breakfast supplies and fruit had been left for us. The owners have thought of everything, we didn't want to...

What a gorgeous getaway place for couples! The owners out do themselves with leaving food for brekky, fruit among all the other pleasantries. Pricey but beautiful setting. If you want to be surrounded by nature for a break from the world come check this place out.

This must be our 5th year running. Each year we promise ourselves to go somewhere different BUT we fall in love all over again and re-book before we leave. It is absolutely gorgeous and everything is just so easy. Mark & Sue are wonderful hosts and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you for yet again another relaxing holiday....

We spent a couple of nights in one of the lovely cabins at The Bower. It is a lovely place with secluded cabins dotted around the bush. The cabins are well equipped with bedroom, living and dining area and full kitchen. We cooked both nights as local restaurants are a drive away. One night we had a meal pack from...

Hi Lucy, Thanks for your review of The Bower. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay but are disappointed that the WiFi didn't work for you. Not sure if you let us [or our service manager] know at the time, but on the [fairly rare] occasions that the signal fails, it usually only requires us to reset the AP trnasmitter...

I've been going to the Bower for several years now - almost since its inception, spoiled by the same owners, Mark and Sue Berry, every visit. Your own little piece of Australian south coast paradise. It has seen a few changes since my first visit and they're all modifications that are true to the original plans Mark and Sue envisaged....

We stayed two nights and couldn't fault it. Beautifully built and with everything you could need including generous breakfast supplies, tea, coffee, full kitchen, tv, huge bed, and dressing gowns. The scenery was lovely and automatically felt relaxed and at home. Close to beach and cafes (we went to Mossy). A few walks can be done from the accommodation although...

My boyfriend took me here for a surprise weekend away and I was not disappointed! It's was absolutely beautiful, the little house itself was very cosey and homely and the location secluded in the woods.. I couldn't have asked for anything more! The log fire during winter was just perfect, their service was spot on and every morning we woke...

The most amazing place to stay. Set in nature, surrounded by trees offering privacy and peace. The facilities are top notch. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is not big but the perfect size with everything you need. Having a fireplace, great big TV and DVD just adds to the creature comforts. We ate breakfast...
