A fine 7 floor hotel with spacious and clean bedrooms, with an All Inclusive service available which does not include "top shelf" or certain brands of drinks. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed, with more towels available at pool and sauna. Good food, buffet style with frequent change in variety. Entertainment program and nightly music or show provided. Late check out available at a reasonable and negotiable fee. Hotel has very spacious grounds with pools, outdoor dining, lounging areas, and many sports and games provided for with ample space to meander around. Hotel ideally situated withing 30m of Bus Stops for public bus service to and from the airport hourly, for a low cost of €3.50 per person.

Firstly and most important; a massive BIG THANK YOU to the owners, management and all the staff at the Sentido Gran Canaria Princess. For the way we were looked after, even after the collapse of Thomas Cook.
Myself and my wife who has mobility problems, stayed at the hotel from Monday 16th September for two weeks. The hotel couldn't be faulted. the room was plenty big enough, kept very clean and with daily towel changes; beds made up daily, and changed regularly. The pool area is big, very clean with plenty of sunbeds. Daytime activities really good. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean; the restaurant is plenty big enough with evening bar service. The food; superb; breakfast and evening meals [we were half board] varied with loads of choice. We would return there in an instant. Definitely a superb hotel, who looked after us with no drop in standards despite losing hundreds of guests due to the T. C. closure. A very big thank you from both us.

The hotel itself was really lovely. We had a room on the fifth floor and it was beautiful. The cleaning staff were always so polite and friendly in the mornings. The pool area was lovely too BUT even though the hotel has a strict ‘no reserving sunbeds’ Policy this is never adhered to and all the decent sun beds are taken before you can even get a look in. This is something I feel the hotel needs to tell their guests upon check in as its only stated in the folder in your room. The food was really nice with plenty of choice but for anyone with a plain or fussy appetite it can be a little samey, boring and no choice. The only reason we give this hotel a three star is the restaurant and bar staff (not all of them but the majority). We read a few reviews that mention staff pandering to guests who were not all inclusive. This is very true. We clearly were all inclusive as we had wristbands but were asked for drinks half way or at the end of every meal as they were clearly looking after the ‘paying’ guests. We believe everyone should be treated the same. We noticed on a lot of occasions we were sitting down way before others came into the restaurant and they were served immediately. It’s such a shame as this really did annoy us towards the end and we feel the staff should be a memorable part of any holiday as it was when we honeymooned in Greece two years ago. We probably won’t stay here again but we can assure anyone reading this who will be staying here soon that it really is a nice place to stay..

I am about to leave this lovely hotel with my friends to go to the airport. We have had a lovely week here. Lovely staff very friendly. Good food much the same on an all inclusive but always fresh and presented well. Food sometimes could do with being hot especially breakfast. My particular favourite was the pudding so lovely. Rooms are lovely and even though three of us shared a room we were comfortable.
Entertainment could be improved and allow for a bit of music from the DJ in the evening. Generally a great stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you

Coming to the end of a week long stay with my partner, the hotel it’s self is lovely just as the photos show. Pool is a nice size very clean and pool area is tidy. Although it’s stated not to put towels down the usual does happen and most beds are booked by breakfast but that’s a given in any hotel. Room has working air conditioning and cleaned everyday well tidied. Entertainment is great goes on quite late also. Food is great for an all inclusive with a snack bar during the day which is of good standard. Ourselves found no fault with staff compared to other reviews. Only quip would be during one day me and my boyfriend were very unwell (bug of some sort) and tried to order room service so we didn’t have to leave the room due to being very sick and the phone was never answered. All in all I would come back!
