Not worth more then 2 star. For this kind of money you could get better hotel and better service and better food. The only good think about the hotel room is clean bed. Bars, pools and animation team is useless.
The outside of this hotel belies the excellence of the grounds, pool areas and accommodations. There is an ongoing and full renovation programme which is continuing through the winter months as the hotel is under new management. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break and will book again as we felt that the all-inclusive package was good value. One could relax in quiet shady garden areas or lie by the pool in the heat of the day.
Very comfortable room except the pillows could be uncomfortable if not at the right angle for one's head/shoulders! Permanent staff were excellent but some junior staff were variable in job skills. Spa staff were excellent. Menu was not very imaginative and needed more flavour otherwise well cooked and presented.
Animation team was well-organised and alert to safety needs around the pool and at the beach which is accessed via the hotel's own private subway from the mature and spacious gardens. The hotel is family-orientated especially in the high season.
The hotel is about 5 kms from the small town of Finike with regular dolmus service running past the hotel. Finike has a small marina and slow way of life but has an excellent market on Saturdays. In the other direction, it is about 20 minutes on the dolmus to Kumluca - a conservative agricultural town. Trips are available from the hotel to other places of interest.

Stayed in the hotel for 7 days. For me the biggest disadvantage of this hotel was the regulating of the air-conditioning system. There are intervals where the central cooling system is on and there are intervals where they are turning off the cooling (only the fan works). After the lunch, from 14.30h till 17.30 where outside is like you are in a desert, the cooling was off. From the Front Office I was told that that's because "in that period everybody is on the beach or in the pool area". Also, during the night the cooling system was turned off. Nice pool areas, good food, clean rooms, work full staff. The beach was nothing special. Overal an average hotel that needs big renovations and a 24h cooling system regulated by the room occupants by their needs.
I was a little disappointed.Overall it is a good hotel with beautiful pool area,average food,poor animation team.The beach is sandy but the cleanliness could be better.The entrance to the sea is full of stones,beware there are sharp-edged stones in some places,but after you enter about 5-7 meters the the bottom of sea is sandy, wich means the water is more then waist length.So it is not child friendly.Everywhere are just rude and noisy russians( the majority) ,every show is in russian language.At the reception everybody is talking to you in russian.When I asked why is so,the waiters said that the russians bring more money than other nations.If you are from other countries you have to fight for your rights.We changed the room 3 times!!! One of the families from Romania found a RAT in room!!!! The manager woman tried to calm them with a bottle of good wine and an a-la carte reservation(this is for free once per week anyway).Last day we asked for breakfast in package at the reception,because we had to go next day early in the morning at 4 a.m. The didn't want to help us, ''it's impossible ''they said.Afterall it is your right, 'couse if you get just dinner in first day, you have to get breakfast and lunch in the last day of your stand...you had paid for that
