The hotel is quite near the center and many famous tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean, the rooms are lovely. I really like this hotel because the people here are so friendly, they always show a sincere smile, they help me enthusiastically when I need help. and point +: on the web it is said that shared toilets but there are many separate bathrooms and toilets. Always clean for guests to use. The hotel has a pleasant, clean, tidy fragrance. For me, there are no minus points for this hotel. With the cost of renting the hotel is not too high, there is a free breakfast and free water, light snacks in the room . Great greatttttt. I hope to be back in Russia and I will return to this hotel
Traveller's friendly affordable boutique hotel. Good location in a clean & friendly neighborhoods. Good breakfast, clean shared baths & toilets. Clean bedroom, very small, just for one person. Would recommend only if budget stay.
I have never given a bad review to accommodation but I have to be honest. I have traveled a lot around the world but I have never experienced as bad accommodation as this one. There is unfortunately nothing I would like about this hostel. Maybe one thing - the night porter. He was amazing, friendly, helpful, and very nice. Hence the 1 "star" from me.
Firstly, the receptionist - an older guy who is extremely rude and impolite. On my arrival after I gave him my passport, he shouted at me “IMMIGRATION CARD!!!!!” And he kept shouting until I gave it to him with shaking hands because I really was scared. Then when I got confused after my first few minutes of living there and just needed a minute to work out where my room is, he angrily started moving with his arms (he wasn’t shouting because it was evening and some people were sleeping already). I suddenly didn’t know if the angry arms in the air were directed to me or if he was landing an enemy’s plane. But because there was no plane, I guess the angry gestures were directed to me.
As for the rooms.. They are not rooms, not even box rooms. It’s seriously too small. It’s too small for Barbie dolls! I am not exaggerating. They are SMALL!!! You are not able to get into your own luggage even and if you’re claustrophobic, get ready for a claustrophobic attack. And they are too hot. No air-conditioning or a proper window. You seriously don’t get enough of air there.
As for breakfast I didn’t come to any of the breakfasts as I was too scared that the man will start screaming at me or using angry gestures again. I am not over-sensitive person but each night I was coming back to the hostel with a stomachache from the fear of the man. Once I needed to go back because it got very cold and I needed warmer clothes but I rather bought them as I couldn’t face coming back.
Getting there, you need to press 3 different bells on 3 different enterings. That really makes you uncomfortable mainly after knowing this man is short-tempered and so I always left early in the morning and came back late in the night.
I also agree with others who mentioned here it’s hard to find it.
I must admit it was clean although the cleaners were weird as when they saw me they were looking at me and whispering something to each other. That wasn’t very nice but if that makes them happy, let it be. Showers were constantly clogged so after few seconds you had to stop the shower because the shower cubicle changed into a swimming pool.
As I said I have traveled a lot and I even stayed in 5 different places all over Russia and they all were lovely with nice friendly atmosphere, where people met, were chatting, getting to know each other, etc. Here, I think they don’t want anything like it. They only want single adults to stay who are introverted and hate talking and so they’re are quiet all the time.
