This hotel was in a perfect location, with beautiful well kept surroundings, seconds from the beach, room was perfect and absolutely spotless, the house keeper we had was so thoughtful, especially when my husband was taken ill and ended up in hospital. We found nearly all staff to be pleasant, except for one barman. Plenty of choice for the food although a bit repetitive. I celebrated my birthday while on holiday and came back to the room to find a birthday card and cake with candles. Would return.
The eating was good, the room was big and we have Seen to the Ozean. The Pools were nice and way to the Ozean was green with Palmen. The working people are friendly. The Hotel was very clean. For us it was Perfect holidays
This was not a holiday hotel at this time of the year but a geriatric nursing home for long stay german guests. In short we were ignored as no one spoke enough english to be of any real assistance or be able to make a complaint to.
We had booked two rooms but told on arrival they had none like this available and were all pushed into one room with my son sleeping on some type of folding bed.
Our children were directly chastised by the guest relations officer for wearing wetsuits in the indoor pool. The complaint was made by one german person who was not even using the pool. No one else in the hotel had a problem with this and we were promised an apology but none was forthcoming.
I have no idea what this hotel is like at other times of the year but if you are considering visiting at the same time as we went i would strongly advise you go elsewhere. Unless you speak German !
