Just stayed for a night for our short trip away. Nice small guesthouse. Room is clean enough though the bathroom needs to be upgraded little bit. Small swimming pool to cool down in though it looks bigger in picture. Friendly staff. Perfect location to all the local restaurants and convenient stores. Good price.
The wifi here is spotty, the air con blows air directly over the bed, the pool is rather pathetic, the outlet only allows a 2 prong adapter, and there is no breakfast offered. However, you can't beat the location and the value and for this reason the place earns a 3 star TA rating. The room itself is rather cute and authentic and it's clean and tidy. And the shower/bathroom facility although not fancy, does the job. Despite the imperfections I would stay here again. It's been an overall positive experience for me and it's very centrally located. Parking is on the street itself which isn't a problem unless it's busy. The staff here is friendly and accomodative. Again, I would stay here again if given the chance but be aware of the imperfections.
Unfriendly staff. Rock hard beds that have springs digging into your back. Room smelt of mould. People swimming in the pool at 1am in the morning which woke me up. Terrible coffee. Would not recommend staying here. There are much nicer, cleaner places for the same price in the area.
My girlfriend and I loved the Fasai house. Location is perfect! The room is big, clean and comfortable. Probably one of the best we had in Thailand. The facilities are simple but nice. Pool was clean and you have a nice space to hang around the pool and get some sunshine. Restaurant is also simple but nice food and super cheap. Great value for money.
I booked specifically because it had a pool, but the pool was dirty and cloudy, so I didn't even go in. The room had all the basics and unlimited free water bottles, but the bathroom was leaky and the floor was always wet. The wifi was good and A/C worked well. Location was good, quiet, close to shops and food. Affordable.
