I stay 11 hotel last month( Aug- 2019) . It’s a new hotel. The location of the hotel was great. Restaurant, Coffee shop and foot massage all are within walking distance. The room size is perfect , very clean and super comfortable bed. The bathroom also big and clean. The rooftop swimming pool and restaurant was nice. Breakfast was pretty good every morning. There staffs, Miss Angie and her team members ar very very friendly and well behaved . If I come bangkok again I will stay there.

The hotel is new, with just a minor hick up upon arrival - the key card did not work for the elevator access.
They made up for it in their service.
Front desk was efficient in handling our check in and check out.
Concierge and team were knowledgeable and fast in handling our queries and luggage.
The breakfast team was extremely pleasant and pro active. First day we asked for omelettes, second day they offered us omelettes without us asking.
Housekeeping took good care of our room. It was made up and cleaned on time. Items replenished with no hassle.
The team all round, remembered us and our preferences.
Good location, rooms are new and clean, facilities are good, the pool is cool.
Staff are extremely friendly and greeted us every time we left and returned, even the night shift.
Will definitely return to this property and will also recommend it to others.

This is a new refurbished hotel, which was previously tower 3 of the Grand President, run by the same chain, I presume.
I want to advise all guests staying here to take special note of what I write.
I paid for the room with my credit card, and I noticed that the receptionist was writing my full card number down on the charge slip!!! There is a reason that the number is masked on the slip, and it is against the card merchant rules to make a note of this number. I immediately stopped her, and warned that she could be arrested. I don't think that they are aware that they are not supposed to write the numbers down, which she was doing as part of normal procedures. I urge the management to familiarize themselves with the card rules and PCIDSS regulations.

This is an old hotel that has had a "cheap and cheerful" makeover. Problem is, the work is not finished. When I arrived I asked to be moved to a new room immediately, as there was constant hammer banging and drilling. I was told one was not available but they changed their mind when I said my fire escape was blocked by decorators and this is against the law in Thailand.
In my new room my girlfriends clothes went missing on the day we were checking out. Room service then returned her dress but kept her underwear! This was not returned until I said I would call the police. Then magically appeared. Hotel said she thought it was laundry but the items were folded on top of a suitcase, not in a laundry bag and we were checking out that morning .
At checkout the reception desk said the manager was very sad out clothes had gone missing due to "staff training issues" (my mother taught me not to steal other people's things when I was about 5 years old), and offered to not charge for our room extras if we did not leave a bad review, which as you can see, I declined. Oh - and I got an ear infection after swimming in the pool.
