We stayed at Bhutan Suites for a night and it was a good stay. Very spacious rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner served was also delicious. Wifi was reliable. We were there for our honeymoon and added personal touches to the room to welcome us. Beautiful view from the balcony too!!

I stayed at Bhutan Suites in Thimphu for 3 nights & was such a pleasant experience right from the check in to experiencing the warmest hospitality on offer. The rooms are very spacious with a full kitchen & a lovely balcony from where one can get great views of the hills.

The rooms are WiFi enabled also there is a desktop for guests to use for their personal work. The cafeteria is nice & cozy.

I totally recommend this place to all travelers looking to stay in a service apartment & to experience great hospitality.

Good quality accommodation - a suite rather than a room with wonderful views of the city from your balcony (ask for one). Excellent vegetarian food and well trained staff in the kitchen. As always very friendly. We stayed there twice during our 2 week trip to Bhutan and was the most comfortable of all places. One advantage of the out of the way location was no barking dogs. Walking distance to town and free wifi that worked.

We were glad we picked this hotel. As the name suggests, all units are suites with a spacious living area, bedroom and fully equipped kitchenette. The place is clean and nicely done up. We had beautiful views of the hills from our windows.

The staff, in comparison with the other places we stayed at on this trip, were average. Nothing unpleasant, just that they were not as warm and friendly as other hotel staff that we were privileged to meet in Bhutan. The hotel is located in a suburb of the capital, and the town centre is a 15 min drive away. The only restaurant serves vegetarian fare and there are no other options close by. So if you are a die-hard carnivore, be warned!

We would definitely stay there if we went to Thimphu again. The sheer size and layout of the suites are the biggest draws.

I was down with a cold in Bhutan and needed tissue for my nose. Bought a pack in town but not quite the soft quality I'm used to in Singapore. They didn't have tissue in the hotel either.

The room did have heating. But I found it too minimal for my comfort.

As other reviews mentioned, the restaurant served vegetarian food but it's not strictly vegetarian as they had eggs and salad with vinegar.

My husband liked the scrambled eggs at breakfast. They usually serve too much food. Breakfast, contrary to the traditional dinner, was very westernised.

They have a separate shower room from the bath tub. The shower was rather cold, we couldn't decide if ventilating was warmer or colder.

In general, the bed and shower was clean. But you need to manage your expectations as they're more of a no frills place.

When we arrived, we were served simple tea and coffee. I found dust in my tea cup.

There was a power failure around seven in the morning. Seems like a common event. Fortunately we were not in the middle of a bath.
