This place has the authentic look and feel of a romantic seaside cottage but is surprisingly bright and spacious with a brand new spacious bathroom and kitchen. It is really clean and has plenty of light due to the sky windows. I stayed here for 3 nights over Cup weekend with my hubby and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us in the 2 bedroom cottage. The master bed was very cozy with top quality bedding and the bathroom was spacious and toasty warm with the heat lamp. The hamper full of wine and treats, flowers, bathrobes and magazines all provided a lovely welcoming touch. The only thing I could fault was perhaps the temperature in the second bedroom. It was much cooler than the rest of the cottage. A wall heater in the second bedroom would have been nice as it did get cold at night for the kids. Also, the roman blind didn't quite cover the whole window in the second bedroom, so there was a gap which was just above the kids bedheads, so I was a bit concerned about the cold draughts on their heads at night. I think we solved that problem by stacking pillows and cushions against the base of the window to keep the draught out and turning on the reverse cycle heater/cooler in the main room on at night. Georgina was friendly and accommodating, making it so easy to check in and out.

We stayed in a villa here for just 2 nights and wished that it could have been longer. A great place to stay whilst touring the Great Ocean Road.
These cottages are located just a very short walk from the beach, but a 15 minute walk from the shops and cafes in Apollo Bay.
The cottage was gorgeous inside with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable-a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, outside seating, dining table and chairs and access to a laundry room. We were provided with a lovely basket of breakfast goodies, fresh flowers and chocolates all of which made us feel very welcome.
Please note that as far as we can tell, there is never anyone at the office so you will need to ring the owner on arrival.

We were lucky enough to be able to stay the Beeches by the Sea at very short notice for a short break. The host kindly let us bring our very well behaved dog too. The Villa is very close to the beach, you can hear the sea roaring which we loved. The Villa has two bedrooms, a very comfy queen bed in the main and two singles in the other, There is plenty of space for clothes. Everything is very tastefully decorated and it has every thing you need for a short stay. The beds very comfy and had electric blankets (its was winter). The lounge is very comfortable and the heater was more than adequate to keep the Villa warm. I loved the green tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you would need with complimentary tea and coffee, a plunger, teapot. Large fridge. It an ideal place to stay as a couple or with a family of 4. Lovely little outdoor table set - although it was winter, we were able to sit outside due to windstill sunny days. Just perfect for a short stay.

Clean, cozy, warm and comfortable. We received a hamper on arrival so were stocked up on the essential which just make the stay all the more enjoyable. Very comfortable beds, kitchen was set up with every thing you needed from plates, mugs glasses knives and tea towels.
Tea, coffee, milo and biscuits.
Highly recommended, we had two couples stay, there is a Queen bed in the main room and two singles in the 2nd bedroom.
Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
