nice place the unit are clean and quite big. we were in unit 12 very quite and comfortable. the facilities like the pool and spa were really clean and good to use. we will be staying there a bit longer next time thank you

I stayed here for two nights in March 2015. Situated about 5-7 km from CBD, the hotel has about 15-20 two bed roomed apartments. The apartments come with nice clean comfortable beds, kitchenette ( with microwave, stove top, oven utensils, cutlery etc), dining/ living area , laundry with washing machine and dryer .and a clothesline outside Some apartments have an outdoor area too.
Other facilities include kids play area, tennis court, pool and spa, BBQ ( all free). The land is so large you can enjoy the calm tranquility outside your unit.
Most importantly the owners who live on site are very helpful and lovely.
This is very close to the river and you may enjoy a stroll/jog there. There are supermarkets and all other facilities within a 5km radius.
This is definitely going to be my first choice next time in Geelong

We absolutely love this resort !!! Great location with the Barwon river and beautiful parkland and playgrounds across the road; you feel like you are miles from the city, yet it’s only a few minutes to the centre of Geelong, a train station and the Geelong football ground.
Hosts (Bill and Jan) are really lovely...friendly & welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
Our family have had many weekend escapes here as it’s so easy and amazing value for money, and not far from Melbourne.
Units are clean, spacious, super comfy and quiet and have everything you could possibly need. And we get to relax and enjoy the pool, hot spa, tennis court, playground, ducks and Wi-Fi with the children.
If you are looking for a mid-week or week-end escape, this place is perfect for families and anyone who wants to be close to the city, yet feel like they are staying in the country. Can’t wait to go back again !!!

Accommodation was, for the most part very good. Well catered for small children (especially the ducks). Great tennis court, swimming pool and spa. Greeting and farewell at reception was less than enthusiastic, a few smiles wouldn't have gone astray.
