Write a reviewI stayed in a two bedroom apartment with two other adults and two children for a night and not only was there plenty of room, I can't think of one thing that it lacked. Very quiet spot, well away from the road, parking in front of your apartment, lots of land around the apartments so they are not on top of eachother and no noise from other neighbours. The rooms have everything you need and are freshly furnished so they feel newer than they obviously are. Tennis court, pool, playground for the kids, opposite a park with running track and the river. Friendly staff and not far from town. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in apartment 12 for one night. The apartment was in a quiet location at the back of the complex and was spotlessly clean. The apartment has been tastefully refurbished in neutral colours and has a good heater, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker and oven, clothes dryer etc. (and NO yucky internal brick walls!) I was also happy with the number and quality of kitchen utensils available for cooking. Beds were comfortable and had electric blankets and plenty of bedding (it was cold and raining when we were there!).
The owner/manager was friendly and accommodated our requests (eg an extra car space) without any bother. The playground was great too.
This would definitely be appropriate for a short or a longer stay. We are looking forward to returning in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool and very well maintained grounds.
Highly recommended for families or couples.

Easiest check in and check out. Wish we could stay a few days. So clean. Great little unit with comfy beds and great kitchen and laundry. Kids loved playground and running over bridge. Pool looked great. We could see them from front of room in playground as we packed up car.

I flew solo with 4 children for 4 days mini trip. The boys had a blast. There was a park and lake across the road, tennis courts, frisbee golf, bike riding and swimming pool to keep them entertained. Close to everything we will be back!

I stayed here with 2 children (aged 13 and 9) for 10 days. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. Everything for a comfortable extended stay was provided - lots of pillows, blankets, towels. Good equipment - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, heating and aircon, kitchen appliances. There was plenty of parking space; also a pleasant pool, small lake for canoeing, and tennis courts - perfect for entertaining the kids. Finally, the location was good - quiet, near the river, just within view of Kardinia Park, and with plenty of shops just up (or down) the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
