This B&B was in a perfect location. Very close to the waterfront, restaurants and the casino. The host, Jeff, was gracious. The room was very pretty and the bathroom had a spa tub which was really nice. The room had a little bit of a musty smell, but not over-bearing, There was a lovely garden in the back. There were chairs in the garden, and they were located right underneath our window. People had been sitting outside at around 7 a.m. and talking. If i were to go back, I'd make sure that I was away from that area. The breakfast was a nice spread with good variety. Another nice touch was the complimentary port in the sitting room.

My room had windows and a little balcony with a view of the beautiful garden and was very quiet. It was quite spacious and immaculately clean.
The best experience was the owners' hospitality. They helped me book a very cheap rental car which I wouldn't have found on my own, they told me how to find the tourist attractions of Hobart, they explained to me how to get from Hobart to Derwent Bridge, they booked my taxi to the airport, and they carried my 23 kg suitcase up and down the stairs.
Owners, if you are reading this, a big thank you!

Impressively beautiful house with a beautiful garden and a comfortable and beautiful living room. Our room was small but very comfortable, excellently decorated and with a large window that made it very bright during the day. The breakfast is simply spectacular! Jeff at the reception was the best of our very nice stay in Hobart. Always super attentive, with recommendations and very good humor. Thank you!

This is a lovely colonial style building. It has a charming back area and lovely dining and lounging facilities. It also has a laundry so you can catch up on your washing. It is close to great restaurants and the centre of Hobart. The hosts and staff are superb. The continental breakfast in the dining room is superb.
