While much smaller than the typical "chain" hotels, this certainly did not detract from the quality of service or experience during our stay. The rooms are huge, the pool was warm and had sunny and shaded paved areas around it. We could have laid on the daybeds for hours listening to the waterfall feature at the back of the pool. A conference room overlooked the pool, and there was a small secluded gym off to the side of the pool. The café/restaurant meals were excellent and reasonably priced, and the waiter provided exemplary service. There are several restaurants and other facilities and services (Springlake Hotel, bottle shop, McDonalds and various chinese/vietnamese/thai/indian/pizza) a stone's throw from the hotel, and a short walk across the road is Springfield Lake surrounded by a footpath - perfect for a jog with fantastic views of the lake and surrounds. Down the road (a few hundred metres) is a larger shopping precinct (Springfield Lakes Central) including an IGA supermarket.

This is a small boutique hotel that is beautifully decorated. The rooms are quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel itself sits just off a small shopping precinct with plenty of takeaway options, a bottle shop and convenience store. Rooms are very quiet for being so close to everything and the parking is free. The only real downside is no room service.

Extremely helpful and laid back staff - We walked and an elderly couple greeted us, very nice, easy and straight forward. He showed us to our room and gave us a mini tour. Felt really comfortable with him. I wouldn't say he was really ‘professional’ as in he was in shorts.. but it was a great experience and loved his laid back attitude, real friendly Brisbane folk. Very modern hotel and rooms, nice pool and simple gym. Only bad is you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool and gym.
Would recommend!

Fantastic staff, making sure every detail is taken care of. Room was quiet and clean. Requested a microwave, and the manager purchased one for my room! Convenient dining, right in the lobby area. Everything was great.

This recently renovated hotel is definitely a welcome addition to the area. It has the feel and amenities of a 4 star hotel in a city environment. The rooms are a great size and very well appointed. I noticed that there wasn't a microwave in the room (which is often a standard these days) but there was everything else was there you could need. The service was good and the food in the restaurant a very high standard. A lovely pool and good gym .... what else could you need! There are also shops, a gym, restaurants and a McDonalds all in walking distance. I wouldn't think twice about staying here. Highly recommended.
