This is a fantastic place to stay in the Dolomites. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool is so warm. There is a great spa and restaurant with fantastic food. Free e-bikes. Lovely staff. Cannot really fault it at all.

We enjoyed a delightful 4 night stay in July in a silver suite, half board. The room was spacious, spottlessly clean and very stylish with a lovely peaceful view over the alpine meadow behind the hotel. The bathroom was large and very lovely with towels changed twice a day. The spa and pool facilities are very luxurious and the free hire of e bikes a great way to see the surrounding area. We ate in the restaurant each evening and the food was easily some of the best we have had, on a par with some Michelin restaurants we have eaten in. The service was attentive but unobtrusive and the Maitre D', Georgio, is very knowledgeable about the fine wine cellar and runs a very dedicated team. The receptionists were extremely obliging and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Really we cannot recommend the hotel enough, a real find.

This was one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. With only 16 rooms, you are guaranteed privacy when you wish, and attentive service when desired. Located about a 12 minute walk from the town center, the location is ideal for those who want a quieter experience than the hotels in town.

Our silver suite room was large and elegant and spotless. Housekeeping cleaned the room beautifully twice a day and to a level that we have not seen in any other hotel before. The half-board option was the right decision; for five nights, we experienced a four-course gourmet dinner with impeccable service. The dining room staff are all dedicated to providing a wonderful experience for guests.

The hotel has an indoor pool that is lovely and the steam room and sauna area are beautifully maintained and allow for a relaxing experience.

The level of service and elegance and Montchalet is truly leaps and bounds above other hotels so this a place very much worth the money. You will have a luxurious experience in a chic and elegant space in a stunning natural surrounding.
