Stayed for one night and it was perfect, perfect room, perfect food from the Naggs Head Restaurant next door to the Premier inn, would definitely recommend and use again. The free grab and go breakfast was fantastic, coffee, bacon roll and pastries were delicious.

Good hotel, nice rooms but no restaurant to enjoy breakfast. They do provide a complementary hot breakfast sandwich but quality of food poor. In the evening there is a lovely inn nearby which serves excellent food. Hotel located alongside M62, we have room on front and the noise levels were remarkably low.

Staff very friendly, room and bed was good although the carpets need a good hoovering and cleaning. Remnants of toffee/chewy sweet stuck to carpet and edges of carpet were quite thick with dust as was skirting board.
Complimentary breakfast was very tasty and The Nags Head next door is an excellent pub.
Would certainly stay again. Good nights sleep.

Located right on the M62 and with half the rooms facing it there could be problems. I was allocated motorway view and knew within minutes I wouldn’t sleep.

As I’d checked in quite early I asked to be moved. And while that happened eventually the member of staff could not have made it any more obvious they were put out by the request. The 1st change meant I walked into another guests room! And the one I eventually got put me right at the end of the building so, in effect, just a different angle to the motorway!

No tie up with pub next door for breakfast but (nice touch) help yourself breakfast ciabatta or pastries and tea/cofffee.

Plenty of parking.

Have stayed here several times now visiting family. Staff always friendly and very helpful, rooms spotless, and the complimentary breakfast offers an excellent choice. Always had a room on opposite side to the M62 and no noise complaints at all. Will be staying again over the next few months.
