We booked a room at this hotel months in advance. It was our last booking the day before our trip home. I called the hotel to arrange transportation and I was given the notice that our room was canceled and there was nothing they can do to fix the issue. We were stock in the airport for 12 hours. Worse service ever. Not professional at all.
I was in september 2017 at rome and stayed at domus domas . All was very clean , every day a woman was cleaning the room. In the morning the breakfast was good . Now i saw that they changed the rooms so i cant wait to get back in Rome. The place is right near the metro station... awesome . I give 5 stars
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well located just by a metro station making getting around straight forward. The staff were warm and friendly and happy to help as we're the owner who greeted us. The room was comfortable and let out beds as a family
Room was very clean, however for a quad room it was extremely small. Even with two people it would be a small room. Location is great, and the owner was a great communicator. I would recommend if travelling by yourself.
We'll not recommend this hotel to any one. We reached at 7:00PM there. Hotel main door was locked. We were knocking, Calling on their numbers & pressing door bell about 45 minutes but no one responded us. They were not picking our phone calls either. So after that we decided to contact hotels.com about that issue. We called them & they called to property owner. So after that B&B domus staff picked our call on same number, Where we were calling from last 45 minutes. She said there are some boxes near the door, Open 4 number box & you'll find the key there. Take the key, Open the hotel & your room. There were two biscuits pack inside the room what they call breakfast. Room password was written behind the door.
