Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room with excellent shower. Lots of outdoor seating if weather nice. We had the heating on in our room as it was a bit chilly in January once the sun had gone down.

When we arrived at Mom la Punta i was a little anxious about the place, given how few reviews i could find online. From the moment Eduardo greeted us at the door we didn't need to worry any more.
Once you step inside it hits you, the place is one of the most beautifully designed and curated hotels i've ever stayed in and the way they sell it is that it's all yours. The grand dining/kitchen is yours to use. The whole thing. Seeing it in person is the only way to do justice to just how well it's been put together.
The room was always going to be an anticlimax compared to the grandness of the entrance BUT that's not to say they don't have their own charm. Our room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The patio area was big enough to chill out in, though we hardly used it as we used the 'house'.
The breakfast every day was like a Jacobean feast. You will not go hungry after Eduardo has performed his magic in the mornings.
The distance from the hotel to the city isnt far, we walked to the aqua museum in about 15-20 minutes. Same to the Carrefour. If you enjoy being active it's fine, if you don't then simply download cabify. Thee's no Uber in Valencia so Cabify is your friend and a journey to the centre of the city is just 10 minutes and about 8 euros in a cab!
So finally it brings me to Eduardo. As nice as Mom La Punta is(and it is), Eduardo elevates it. You can't want for anything. Eduardo is such a warm, engaging and friendly person. You can't put a price on just what he does for the place and how far he'll go to help and assist you and just keep you happy.
There's so much more to Mom la Punta and if anyone needs to know just ask but ultimately i would say Book it up, it deserves to be sold out all the time.

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful home when we visited Valencia. Eduardo was such a friendly and gracious host, helping us with lovely restaurant recommendations.
The room was so cosy and clean. The outdoor area, equipped with a lap pool (shaped like a paella dish), sun beds and air cooling must machines, was breath taking.
The breakfast was divine, a great spread of everything and so fresh and tasty.
Will definitely stay here again if we visit Valencia again
