Best place to stay with home like feeling. Great staff with excellent communication skills ready to help. When I go there to book it they told me it's full we came outside and just finding some other place thn reception guy came out and told us somebody just canceled reservation so we can book the room .it was a great help. We enjoyed our stay. It's a newly constructed building and we feel like we staying at our own home.
Had a great stay except for the constant early morning wake ups by room service (attended a wedding throughout the weekend) so being able to sleep in a little would have been nice. Would definitely recommend staying again.
This is the nicest chain hotel I’ve ever stayed. It was clean, new and beautiful. I loved the little things that the hotel provided that made it a pleasure to stay there. It was a great location, near lots of shops and places to eat. The room was large and spacious. Bathroom was also beautiful. The staff was very friendly. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant, nor use the pool. Ample parking. I would love to stay here again during my next trip. I can’t think of a single negative thing, so five star.
I have an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton. The room was extremely clean. The staff was very polite and freindly. I didn't have time to go to the pool, but from the quality of other portions in the hotel I imagine the pool would be great as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
This was our second stay at this property.
On arrival, Marlon was working the front desk. There were a number of service failures on things we have come to expect from the Hilton Garden Inn brand. First, we were not thanked for being a Diamond member. Second, we were not offered bottled water or told that there would be water in the room. Third, we had to ask for our breakfast voucher (we were given the room key without it). Finally, we had requested a room with a tub. Marlon was not able to figure out which rooms had tubs so he said all the rooms were assigned. We could see that the hotel was not that busy (also confirmed by the lack of people at breakfast in the morning). This has never been an issue at other properties.
On a positive note, the breakfast food and service the next day was great.
At checkout, we were not even asked about our stay. We did ask about whether the desk clerk could see if tubs or showers were in the rooms. She did not seem aware of the hotel's different room configurations.
Not huge problems but really disappointing when we have seen much better service at other properties.
