Points of Interest

1. Hancock Trailhead

Located on the first hairpin turn of the Kancamangus Highway going east from I-93. $3 per day to park here.

2. Loop Trail Choice

It is easier to head up the steeper trail to Hancock to the north and then down the more gradual trail from South Hancock.

3. Mt. Hancock Summit

The 4,403 foot wooded summit. You'll have a few looks through the trees, mostly towards South Hancock.

4. South Hancock Summit

This 4,274 foot peak is also wooded but is far enough away from Hancock on the ridge to be considered a seperate 4,000 foot peak on peakerbagger lists.
