Transpostation card makes it really easy to go around the city. Load it in stations and stop worrying about tickets. You can have your own (you can have one for all ypur family)
Make sure you get your museum card (prepayed) which gives you access (with fair price) to almost every popular museum and interesting sight of the city.
Do not forget to eat gozleme and kokorec sandwich (exquisite street food).
