Bang Tao Beach is serene and not too crowded, and for those who want to get a little more active - jet skiing here is a blast. It is one of the best water activities available on Phuket!
This is a beautiful, yet serene and quiet beach in Kamala. Far away from the lights and glamour of the Patong area, this beach is more for people looking to relax and enjoy a swim or just sunbathe on its beautiful sandy shores. It is not a very popular beach, so if you want to get away from the crowds then this is a place to be.
A delight for families, couples or friends visiting Phuket - FantaSea gives you an evening full of fun, food, adventure, and unbelievable performances which will create lasting memories. The shows usually draw a full house, meaning the atmosphere is electric - and I highly recommend splashing out on 'gold' tickets, which will give you the most amazing view. The food is great too, along with the way it is served: a huge buffet divided into three sections (Hindu, Muslim and International.) This place is a must for anyone visiting Phuket!
Bangla Road is a place you must not miss when visiting Phuket. For couples or friends on a holiday, this is one of the most happening places on the island. The street is full of fun bars, restaurants, shopping, night clubs, music, and various shows. As you stroll along, be prepared to be stopped many times by touts trying to entice you into their bars or GoGo dancing clubs with the promise of discounts and drinks deals. Simply continue on (if you're not interested), but be sure to stop to browse the great delicacies on offer at any of the street food stalls. The street is open till late, so be sure to explore every inch!
As well as being a pleasant sandy stretch, Patong Beach is a great area to indulge in the most amazing delicacies of Thailand! The area includes a street full of food stalls - ranging from grilled and barbecued fresh meats, poultry and seafood; to delicious Pad Thai and Tom Kha soups, and even sweet Nutella banana crepes! A must visit for foodies, as well as beach fans.
A popular outdoor adventure destination, here you can enjoy amazing outdoor sports, providing a thrilling experience for nature lovers. Start with white water rafting, which is a 5km to 7km stretch taking around 35 to 45 mins; before continuing on to experience other amazing adventures such as ATV rides, a flying fox (zip lining), and elephant rides. There is also an amazing baby elephant show and monkey feeding area to explore, meaning fun for all the family.
When visiting Phuket, the one place you must visit is James Bond Island. Though the place is crowded with tourists pouring in every half hour, the view is truly breathtaking and is still worth the trip. It's an iconic Phuket vista, and you simply must take a picture here for the memory, and to show all of your friends and family back home!
A must see for nature lovers, in this national park you'll get to experience a beautiful waterfall, exotic animals, and nature at its best. The forest features more than 20km of lush greenery, and gives you an amazing opportunity for trekking as well.
