Do lots of sailing trips on small catamarans in Europe and Caribbean. Book trips myself. Not an athlete, with a knee replacement, but it works well enough to do a lot of stairs and walking. Prefer apartments for stays more than a few days, or small family-run hotels when possible for short stays. Sometimes our grown children and their friends join us.
