"This time I needed to cancel at short notice and after some difficulty contacting the London Office, emailed the Bucharest Agency who answered promptly and offered what I was entitled to (APD refund, but stated this could take up to seven months due to their backlog), or offered a flight voucher valid for one year for the full value of the cancelled flight which I accepted, as I still intend making the trip when covid restrictions allow."
