"We flew from Calgary Canada home to Ontario California. Weather delays in San Francisco was frustrating the crew were awesome they let us know what was going on at every turn from the checking in to boarding then on the flight the on crew member that was taking care of everything did a great job even helping to calm a baby that was not to happy with the turbulence then when we had a 2 hour delay in San Francisco the team at the gate was wonderful letting us know the delay was weather related and even put out snacks and water for anyone that needed it ."
