How physically strenuous is the walk up to the zip lines?
I don't remember it being that challenging for the most part. However, keep in mind the heat and humidity.
I have mild heart issues (I'm 67) and got winded walking up to the different zip lines. In fact I skipped one of the last lines and waited for my group. I was told by our guide that they would return in about 20 minutes. Just enough time for me to cool off, drink some of the water that was available, and finish the last zip line.
It's not strenuous. There's a few stairs. The walk that is strenuous is the walk up the hill to get to the area of the lines. Some tour drivers will drop you as choose as possible if you ask after you check in
Actually there is one area where you have to walk up a hill a little ways. It is fairly steep and there are some steps. However, there is a water station once you get to the area and they let us rest. It was a little difficult for me due to my knee and some of the of the "more senior" folks. But since I was leading the group, I set an easy pace.
I am 61 and didn't have any trouble at all. It was quite easy. They hve water along the way, and you can go at your own pace.
