I have emailed the hotel several times & even rang 3 times which has cost me £12 & no one replies, I don't understand it as want to make a booking but it doesn't give me much faith!!!!!

Yes I've emailed all the 4 email address on there website several times. They took my phone number to pass to Anastasia but she hasn't rang back & rang 3 times, I'm not going to keep calling back.

Thats very strange. They have people on reception 24/7. Ibe never seen that reception empty. Sorry i dont know what to suggest have you tried email through there website?
