how is the buffet breakfast and how about Indian vegetarian breakfast and food at restaurant??
There is such a wide range of breakfast foods that I'm sure would suit all tastes. Caters for Asian cuisine.
Breakfast is great. Loads of choice for veges and everyone else.
I loved the breakfast. A little bit of everything. As someone has answered they do have roti, they also have nasi lemak, western and other breakfasts. As I said a little bit of everything.
The breakfast selection is good for me, standard and average at this level of hotel. I think there are only roti canai for vegetarian at the station. There are some good Indian restaurants in Penang town but it's quite far from the hotel. If you are in the town, try Woodlands Vegetarian Restaurant , their Indian food is awesome.
The buffet breakfast is typical with eggs, fruits, breads, cearals and local delights specially prepared by chefs. Anything out of the ordinary like a vegetarian meal or a special diet is best arranged with the hotel in advance, hope this'll help or drop the hotel with your queries
We didn't eat at the Lone Pinw aa we were staying at the Raaa saying, where I have to say, the food was exceptional !
Outdoor buffet area was dirty and quality and selection of food was disappointing. Noise from the jet ski and beach activities together with crows perched all around ready to swoop down and take your food (and they regularly did) ruined what could have been an idyllic setting. Restaurant Furniture was old and mismatched and the covering shade sale was mouldy and ripped, although held together with tape. Staff were disinterested and hopeless. Stay in the E&O in George Town instead is my only advice!
Plenty of choice at breakfast. Never ate in the hotel in the evenings because, to be honest, it didn't look like decent value.
Plentiful vegetarian choices at breakfast, catering to a wide spectrum of guests: south Asian, south-east Asian & European. I agree that the a la carte choice wasn't huge in the evening, but on one day (Saturday?) there was a buffet with wide choices.
The breakfast is the norm at this level if hotel. However the evening meals are limited and not inspiring but there some great restaurants nearby that are not expensive. Check out the golden restaurant which is left out of the hotel then across the road and right
