Generally every twenty minutes. Once you are in the city, you just need to call the hotel. They are there at your convenience. Great tour and it's free.

Constantly. You just have to ask at the front desk. If he's available, he'll take you then or they will let you know when he will be back.

No set schedule. I believe the hotel will provide shuttle on demand. Just go to front office.

Shuttle runs 9am to 9pm

Hope that helps

They say till 9 pm. So we made sure we were ready to be picked up by 9. But as he was dropping us off he was making plans for another pick up and it was like 9:15. It was kind of frustrating. If we'd known we could have been picked up after 9 that would have been helpful. The driver is very nice and they offer bottle water. I wouldn't choose this place but that's just me. Let me know if you have any more questions!
