Would like to know what is the best way to get to the Hyatt from the airport? Can or shuttle and a phone # please. What time does the market close and is it in shuttle range? Also need transportation to pier 91 Friday Aug 25th
A taxi is a good choice. The taxi stand is across the Skybridge, Floor 3 of the parking garage. Not outside the baggage claim area as in most of the airports I have visited. Once you are at the hotel there are cabs that wait in front. We used a taxi to go from the hotel to the port for our Holland America cruise in July. The fee was $13.00 before tip.
We just grabbed a taxi at the airport (make sure to ask them how much before you get in the cab). Think it cost us $45. They have posted rates for going back to the airport but not to downtown.
We used SpeediShuttle to get from the airport to the hotel, and we found it to be a good option. It compared well to the price of taxis, but their pick-up location was not immediately obvious. We had to ask for help finding them outside baggage claim. Also, because the shuttles carry several people going to different hotels, they are slower to leave the airport than taxis and may take longer to get you to your hotel. We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a problem for us, but if time matters, get a cab.
The hotel web site says they will only go one mile away, but they will take you to market, not airport or pier, but front desk can set up a car service for you, or use Uber.
We took a privat car, you can call from airport by luggage. It was same price as uber or taxi.
