A nice little quiet spot with a great view.
Take a walk from the Sculpture Park along the water going North. View plus a little exercise. Another great walk with a splendid view is along 7th and 8th Avenue West. Just walk west on Highland after Kerry Park and that will lead you right to it. On a clear day the Olympic Mountains are breathtaking.
Top of the Columbia Tower in downtown Seattle has a fabulous public observation deck 46th? Floor or top of the Space Needle for a price.
Although Kerry Park is definitively the best view on Seattle, thete are plenty of others with excellent views but FAR fewer people. Here are my top three:
1. José Rizal Park on Beacon Hill offers city and mountain views to the north and west. Its especially impressive at sunst.
2. Ella Bailey Patk in Magnolia, has a view in the same direction, AND a playground
3. Bhy Kracke park in Queen Anne
It defo depends what you term as best view. its the classic Seattle view. Without a drone its the best place to see all of Seattle. alternatively you can do a boat from the harbour, but you would see Mt Rainer in the distance.
oh and best viewed at sunrise on a clear day. If its cloudy. My rainer is normally absent from the pics
