The trolley we were on had steps to get on and there was no space where a wheelchair user could sit in their wheelchair therefore I would say no for wheelchair users. People with a little more mobility may be able to get on with assistance

Unfortunately, I do not believe they are. The trolleys require two steps up to enter. That said I would suggest you call ahead and inquire. The company has a number of different vehicles and they may just have a vehicle which would accommodate an individual needing assistance.

Not sure. Either call the company or the concerige at the hotel you’ve booked. Was a great adventure and each driver was very entertaining. I’m sorry I was not much help.
