Hi, I would like to know if there are any paved paths that my husband could ride his electric scooter. He cannot walk very far. Also, is the walk to the overlook difficult and far?

If I recall correctly, the path to the overlook is paved in asphalt.

Easy, paved ADA path starts close to dumpsters. Restrooms are ADA also.

Wish I could post a photo here!

We only went to the overlook and it is handicapped accessible. My mother in law was in a wheelchair and we had no problems with that. The scooter should be fine. Hope this helped

There is a handicap accessible path to the overlook. I do not remember if it is paved or gravel. It does slope somewhat, so caution would be important. I am sure the visitor center would be happy to speak to you about it in more detail. Their phone is listed as 606-248-2817. Hope this works out for you.
