There is no charge! It is totally free unless they are having a special event. Then there is a very small charge and it is well worth what you will pay. Also while you are there be sure to go to the lookout the looks out over the town of Cumberland Gap. Then go down to the quaint little town. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go there!
I have the Golden Age Pass, so I don't pay fee, but I saw no fees posted. There is of course a fee for any tours or extras you take. I prefer not to take tours and explore solo, so you could still enjoy without any additional fees. Hope you do visit.
There is no fee to see the park. The only fees are for the tours you might want to take. Make sure your first stop is the Visitor Center. They have people who will offer to help you and advise you on where to go and what to see. Have a great visit.
