Yes, and be sure to have lunch at the cafe - its a nice break from routine, and they have the best lemonade west of the Mississippi.

One of the best. Duncan Gardens will be in full bloom as will the roses and perennials. There is a little lag in August Then lovely in September. July is peak beauty.

Yes - July is great - like John C said - flowers blooming, the duck pond - make sure you see Duncan Gardens and the fountain.

It is a great month to visit. There are flowers blooming all summer. There are lots of trees for shade and even a snack bar for ice cream and sandwiches.

Yes. This summer has been warmer than usual, but our summers are still very nice. There are plenty of shade trees available. You go as fast or as slow as you wish.

A perfect month! Bring a sack lunch, water and sunscreen. If traveling w young ones who want a fun little water park, head to upper Manito and also bring swimsuits and towels for them upper Manito is between 23d and 25th between South Park Drive and Tekoa Streets. Great playground equipment, too!

I would say so. I was there in mid-June. It may be a little hotter in July, but there is plenty of shade in the park due to an abundance of trees.
