Hello. I have called a few times about my Fitbit I left plugged into the back of my TV (406) and was told my cord was recovered but not my actual Fitbit. It's location was still at the hotel three hours after I left. Please email me so we can resolve this and I can see how to have it mailed back to me. Thanks
Contact Marriott management at the hotel and copy someone at their corporate headquarters as well ( go to their corporate web site for possible contacts). Check your home owners policy too... Sometimes you are covered for travel losses. Good luck!
