Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas Questions & Answers

Hi, We have booked up for 4th October and this will be our first visit to Fuerteventura. I've chose this hotel because it looks fantastic and the beach looks unreal. My concern was how far away it looks on the map from any nightlife. I understand Corralejo isn't for party seekers but we do like a few beers on a night and do a little wondering. Is it a case of getting a taxi from the hotel or is there a regular bus that turns up? (Looks quite a distance to walk) Cheers Paul

You'll need to get a taxi. The hotel will ring one for you or sometimes there are some outside. It's about 8 euros each way. We went for a week and spent a few nights in the hotel and a few in Corralejo. Hope that helps.

Taxi's are always outside the hotel, or reception will phone you one. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We are going back on the 19th of August, and we were there in May love it. You will have a great time. You can party in Corralejo

Bus into town & stay on the bus until you're at the harbour stop. Then taxi back - way too far & pitch black to walk back....M

We rented a car for Cicar and it was around 22 Euros per day. If you are staying for several nights it may be your best option if you want to explore the island.

Yes as the others say, too far to walk. Regular bus service into town during the day. Get a taxi at night. We didn't do any night travels during our three stays at the hotel. Happy to have a drink in the hotel and walk on the beach or around the grounds after dinner. Hope you enjoy your stay. Lovely hotel and staff.

Hi, If you ask at the reception they will phone for a taxi which cost €8 with tips €10, don't think the bus will run late. Plenty of bars down the town just finding one you like. My daughter came a couple of times and they found an Irish pub which they said was brilliant. Coralejo has a buzz at night but not my husbands thing.

This hotel will not disappoint we have been coming here for 17 years.

Hope you have a great time.

Hello. The hotel is really nice so you've made a good choice. Yes it is a little far to walk ( well in the heat anyway)

Yes there is a bus that goes from the next hotel ( which is very close ). There are taxi at the hotel which we used and are no more the €8 Euros each way.

There are a few good bars and we did see a nightclub along the high street above a steak house.

Hope his helps and you have a nice holiday.

Yes it is too far too walk, but Corallejo is nice. You can get a cab which is quite reasonable about 10€ from memory but there is a bus stop at end of the road by supermarket but not too frequent on a Sunday.

You need to get a taxi or the bus as it is too far to walk for a night out. Last bus back is about 10pm so we always got a taxi. Entertainment at the hotel is fine if you're around 70 plus!

Wow, some hardcore regulars on here! Glad I booked the hotel now even if we do have a short journey to the centre. Looking forward to it even more now. Thanks everyone for your help!
