Hello, thanks for your question. There are a number of dog-friendly beaches (or beaches with sections that permit dogs), but the restrictions can vary. If you Google "dog friendly beaches south devon", take a look at the link from the Visit South Devon website. We look forward to welcoming you next week!

Hi just got back from here yesterday you are right next to the estuary, and we noticed a large opening from the car park and people were taking dogs onto the side of that (obviously it's tidall so only when the tides out) but there is a small dog walking area on the site

I believe there is . I also am sure there is a separate area for people to walk their dogs. Just remember to pick it up someone got a fine when we was there for not doing so

when we went in May Shaldon Beach, a short drive, it's the one with a secret tunnel to get to it had dogs on. Not sure about Tieghmouth. Some parts of Dawlish Warren beach allow dogs. The site will be able to help or have a look on the internet.

Yes, you can take your dog on the pebble beach just behind the pub and partly on the beach at shaldon, if you like walking you can walk there or it's just a 5 minute drive.

We also drove into Tiegnmouth which is great, there is clear signs that tell you which parts of the beach you are allowed to walk your dog on.

Hope this helps.

Hi. Don't believe so at this time in the season but might be ok on the shingle area just outside the parks pub. I think there's a dog walking area of grass at the back near entrance
