We have found parking on the neighboring side streets.
I will often park by Phipps Conservatory and walk a little bit. There is parking along side the park. It might be 1/4 mile walk to PITT. Not so bad.
You can park on the street and pay for parking but it may be difficult so you can probably park in the parking garage near university of Pitt
we found parking easy.
Yes, I agree, there are lots of parking spaces on the streets nearby. Unfortunately, you may have to go around the block a few times since it is a busy place. If you do go to the Cathedral, you need to contact them so you can find the times of their guided tours of the Nationality rooms. They're really very interesting!
There is a parking lot associated with the Carnegie Museum. I found, somewhat by accident, that there is a hotel on Lytton Street, and there is a parking garage that is open to the public. Also, I stay quiet about parking here on Saturdays, when parking may be free :-)
There's street parking which we used, or the Museum close by has parking.
YOU can park on the street outside the building.
We parked in the garage behind the Carnegie Museum and walked the few blocks down to the Cathedral of Learning.
You can park on street just outside the complex or near schenley park. there are plenty spots available.
that answer above is SOOO wrong those lots are expensive not safe. really parking in oakland is NOT advised. Oh maybe i am wrong there are some hotel parking lots along 5th avenue and forbes. At least when you get mugged there should be some cameras
