I have a studio reserved-all that was available--I traded a 2 br, please tell me it was worth it
You probably will not be happy with a studio, if you are used to a 2 bedroom. We traded several times a one bedroom for a studio at GTL, because we really like the lodge and its amenities. A studio is fine for 2 people, cramped otherwise. However, you are never really in the room much other than to sleep.
If only two people traveling it's spacious and has a kitchenette. Resort and grounds are great you will have a good time! 1 or 2 small children if a 1BR or 2BR was sold out you will be OK.
How many of you are there? The studio is a nice size with a small kitchen and a couch besides the bed. I would say it is very comfortable for two people. If you are more than 2, it might be too small. The 1 and 2 bedrooms have a fireplace and balcony, which is nice.
Personally I don't think so. The studio is small. If you are traveling alone maybe it is OK. It wasn't to my liking. I stayed in a studio with my wife and we wouldn't do it again.
If there is just the two people or you have little kids, it will be fine. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room. There is so much to do there. From hiking, biking, shopping in town or just time around the pool. There are so many great restaurants in town. Take the free shuttle to town. You will love it there. The 2 bedroom are great, but if there are none available then this is better than nothing. Have fun!
absolutely not they don't compare in size at all.
HOWEVER the GTC is well placed and a good resort and I've stayed there twice (in two beds) and had a great time
