Is it less expensive to buy tickets at the field on game day at Salt River stadium?
Not sure. We bought on line a few days earlier.
I usually get my tickets on stubhub most of the time if I buy tickets 3 hours before the game on stubhub they will lower the rates to get rid of there tickets. I usually try all the brokers. and it depends who is playing your team the cubs playing at salt river it would be a full house. Also watch out for fees. if you want good seats try stubhub. lawn area will be the cheapest but you will be in the sun. And yes there will be scalpers around the park if you wait till end inning to buy they may just want to get rid of tixs. but yes you can buy them at the park . but buy early to get a good selection.never tryed mlb site.
It's usually cheaper to buy tickets through the MLB official site than resellers like StubHub for Spring Training. I wouldn't wait until the day of the game.
This late in spring training all the venues are using dynamic pricing. That is....when games get closer to sellouts prices go up. Try Ticketmaster or resell sites like stub hub.
No, you don't get discounts based on game day.
I would go to one of the resellers and compare their supply and demand prices with the face value of seats at the stadium which are fixed. So the answer probably depends on the game. I think our reseller price was lower for the game we attended which sort of surprised me
