I'd like to know if the new management is addressing the issues regarding the general upkeep of the rooms & grounds? We'd like to stay here in March, but these reviews aren't helping to convince me to stay here.
Where workin on it and the property looks better than before its much cleaner than it is and quiet.

Same as mentioned before. If they do listen people won't complain that much. We stayed in 2013 and in 2014 but it was a huge difference. In 2014 the pool was cold, rooms not clean, no hot water at breakfast even so the second day. Hardly no guests and they put us in the darkest room next to the vendingmachine.
WeI haven't been been back since October. We have stayed here every year for 18 years. The place has gone so far down hill in the past ten years that I find it hard to believe with the amount of money needed to get it back in shape that it will happen by March. The prior 2 owners couldn't get it done. Hopefully Ramada has the money. Will probably try it again this fall. Watch for current reviews.
I was not satisfied with how any of our issues were handled. After requesting hot water for tea the 1st morning - we still had to request agin the 2nd morning. Honestly, if anyone besides the housekeeper had looked at the chairs in this room I think they would have been thrown away - they were beyond the point of being cleaned!
No. No they are not.
Don't know for certain since I haven't been back, but one of the things the new GM talked about was taking advantage of the grounds as an attraction. We did have some questions about holding an event there sometime this year, but as I understand it, he never returned phone calls.
My husband and I stayed there in October 2014 when the restaurant was being remodeled. The free breakfast was pretty good. We could tell that the place needed some fixing up (like cracks in concrete) but the pool and huge hot tub were nice. The grounds looked nice. Room service did well for us. And I was able to print out our boarding passes from their lobby computer. Staff was pleasant, too. They put us in a room that was connected to another room, which was odd so we heard a lot of noise from the other room. BUT the shower was so wonderful and the bed so comfortable that we stayed and put up with the noise. We plan to visit Phoenix with our entire family next August and I'll check this hotel out again at that time to see what folks are saying. Hope this helps!
I really can't answer your question. So sorry. I can't tell you what a disappointment our stay was after loving the place a few years prior. There are so many other neweer and very nice places to stay that I would not take a chance.
