Shilo

We will be at your hotel (Esturion iguazu ) next week.

Is there an electric kettle in each room (regency del plata room)?

Thanks

No. There was expensive drinking water for sale.

It has very basic amenities in the rooms. The water is apparently drinkable from the taps, but I would be very wary of drinking it unless you have a cast iron stomach.

I don't remember seeing tea and coffee in the hotels I visited in Argentina. Not a common amenity.

Enjoy the fabulous falls.

Hi there wont be any kettles. You can buy bottled water from convenient stores not so nearby....or ask for water (warm or cold) from the restaurant politely if they are open during meal hours. Some people can get stomach irritation from the high oxide content in water in the Iguazu region (this warning label is hang at the door knob of the toilet, you will see it when you sit on the toilet bowl).

It is absolutely uncommon in Argentina to supply kettles in hotels.

No. There are no electric kettle, no coffee pot, nor a microwave. The rooms are very spartan. If you bring electronics (laptop/smart phone/etc), don't forget a power plug adapter. Have a great time!
