Hello Marymc, probably June would be the best month of those two. It's still the start of the rainy season. Though it would be good to talk to the people at Rythmia, they are very nice and can guide you better than I can.

I got there Saturday and left on Sunday. Some people arrive on Sunday too, the main action starts on Monday. I was with a group and we actually stayed in Tamorinda, a local tourist town for a couple of days afterwards to relax. Hope this helps, Gary

We arrived Saturday afternoon. Sat and Sunday are days when you have initial inductions, breathwork at 5:30-7pm and yoga at 7am. The plant ceremonies are Mon-Thu. Hope this helps with planning but shout if you need more!
