I suggest 5 days minimum in order to benefit from the plant ceremonies. I stayed for 7 days and had an extra breathwork session and 2 more yoga classes.

The stay is 7 days. Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. It felt like just the right amount of time. Designed perfectly. You can call them and are happy to answer any questions. They are a great!

Sorry, to add on to that, the reason is that there are specific things planned for each day. The ceremonies take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. Breathwork is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Various workshops are woven in throughout the week and you'll get three (it might be two now) hydrocolonics and a massage. It's a very busy week, so there's just no way to shorten it.

It's a week-long package. Some people add on extra days, but most stay 7 days. Arrivals are Saturday and Sunday only.
